The product exists to preserve distinctions that headline prices often compress: free registration versus paid system participation, first-year versus renewal charges, fixed versus variable amounts, and known totals versus open exposure.

Legislation, the German packaging register and official EU or regulator material take priority for factual regulatory claims. Provider pages and user-entered quotes may describe commercial terms but do not establish the law. Every dated factual claim requires a checked date and a re-review trigger.

The published method deliberately avoids high-risk legal interpretation. Where the official position or a service period is not supported by the reviewed method, the worksheet stops or exposes uncertainty. It does not infer producer status from a pasted quote.

Automation may help classify text, test arithmetic, identify missing evidence and draft explanatory copy. It cannot publish a provider fact, price, credential, testimonial or regulatory conclusion without accountable human review. Pages are created for distinct user decisions, not keyword permutations.
