Registration and paid service are different jobs.
A system-participation amount and a provider service fee answer different questions. The Atlas compares one declared basket and records which selected components each amount covers.

Representation and support

Why totals can mislead
A cheap-looking number is not necessarily a comparable service.
If representation, licensing or reporting support is unknown, variable, excluded or quote-only, the Atlas will not turn the known pieces into a confident “total.”
